2024 PLANT SALE

Get ready for our 2024 Plant Sale! Perk up your yard or find a gift for Mom. Perennials for sale are from our own gardens. We lovingly divide and pot them for this event. Because they are grown under local conditions, these hardy plants are sure to thrive in your garden. Our annual Plant Sale attracts over 200 customers and sells over 1,000 locally grown plants. And it takes all our members and over 30 scouts and high school volunteers to make it happen each year. The Plant Sale is our major fund raiser and proceeds have helped us serve the community for over 90 years!

  • Members’ houseplants and dahlia tubers will also be for sale.

  • Heather Pruiksma, Executive Director of Grow Native Mass will be available to answer your questions on the benefits of native plants.

PIck-up: You can pick up your online purchases on May 11, 9-11AM at the Peter Noyes School parking lot (near Town Hall). Please follow directional signs. No need to get out of your car. Someone will come to your car to take your order number or name and then, bring and load your order into your car.

Perennials: All perennials will be in 8" pots, unless otherwise noted. When you receive your plants, many will not be in bloom. The photos online are shown to provide a facsimile of what you can expect your plant to look like when it is fully mature. Variations can be expected. Once planted in your garden, it can take a full growing season for a perennial to get established. Do not be distressed if your plant does not bloom this year.

Warranty: Plants are living things. We make no warranties or guarantees that the plants you buy will successfully adapt to your garden nor grow to look like the photos depicted in the Shop.

Returns: All sales are final. There are no returns.

Recycle: Help us minimize waste by returning the 8" plastic pots, after you are done planting in your garden. We will put them to good use again next year. Just drop them off in the shed behind Hosmer House.
